• Quality Initiatives – identifies patterns or repeated feedback and improves the translation kits to minimize errors, improved QA checkers in Xbench and Lionbridge QA tools
• Leads a team of Project Managers
• Skilled with SDL Trados, MemoQ, Memsource, SmartCat, Lionbridge technologies; ApSIC Xbench; Adobe Photoshop, InDesign and Illustrator
